Terrible customer service, the part arrived incomplete (no drilled holes)! After sending feedback, I have heard nothing. I have been waiting two months for any response! The season is approaching and my motorbike is still broken. It's a waste of money, so stay away if you can. This shop is a joke.

Took a long time for order to be sent out. The they used UPS for UK part of delivery. Couldnt have been worse. Tried using Benelli to resolve using every form of contact. Zero progress. Almost 4 weeks in and just wasted £260. Will never use again and now looks like I'm going to need to sue them to get my money back. Awful awful awful

Very bad experience, customer support replays once a week, order took over two weeks just to be shipped, some parts on backorder, parts missing from my order, after contacting support, they are playing dumb like they do not know what I am talking about. Overall just awfull experiance

Absolutely shit customer service. I put down the order, after 1 week it was confirmed that 1 item was missing so I asked them to send my package without it they said ok. 2 weeks later another 2 items become unavailable, my package still not shipped (3 weeks after order confirmation..). I sent an email to ask what is happening with my order, no answer for another week. Finally after 4 weeks, 2 more items become unavailable again. Items that were confirmed earlier. No communication and slow. 1/10

I have given 5 stars, although l had to wait about 6 weeks for delivery. Parts were not in stock, so I think you just have to wait on parts being sourced or made. The bike is 2011 Tre k 899 parts just are not that easy to get, but I was given updates of when parts were due, and the option to cancel and get a refund, so if parts are not in stock and you don't mind waiting it's all good.
